Discovering the World of Music
♫ Our early childhood music program is designed to enrich and enhance a school’s curriculum by ensuring all students receive the developmental benefits of learning through music.
♫ Music Scholar’s primary goal is to engage children in singing and playing, movement and expression, experimenting with sounds and rhythms, and familiarizing with music cultures from around the world.
♫ Our learning environment is interactive, stimulating and encourages the child’s natural desire to discover. Most importantly, kids will explore the World of Music with a joy, and they will bring the excitement of learning into many other areas in their lives.

Our classes are based on actual musical experiences rather than concepts about music. Children benefit greatly by being actively involved in making music together.
PERFORMANCE-BASED curriculum
We offer bi-annual seasonal performances to showcase the children’s learning, and each performance becomes a memorable event!
Music Literacy skills
Our approach is unique, we teach music concepts while constantly reinforcing critical development skills. Children develop pre-literacy skills on a much higher level and eager to learn more.

PROGRAM RECOGNITION
Our curriculum is designed in collaboration with the Illinois State Board of Education. It has been approved in many schools with state-funded programs to help promote a higher quality of early childhood education.
Our Classes
Wiggles and Giggles
Infants - 18 months
Through bouncing and rocking songs, wiggling and peek-a-boo games, singing with animals and playing with colorful objects, children learn how to respond to sounds and rhythms creatively and cognitively.
Active Music Making
18 months - 3 years old
Nurtures children’s learning environment through songs and movement activities, rhythmic games and finger play,
by chanting and exploring music instruments.
Music Adventures
3,5 years old - 5 years old
This class taps into a child’s imagination and musical growth through interactive
games and exciting music arrangements, learning dances from diverse cultures
and exploring musical instruments.
