In ACTIVE MUSIC MAKING classes children benefit greatly from actual music experiences rather than learning concepts about music. We offer a wide variety of activities where kids explore the world of music through action songs, rhythmic games, chanting and playing instruments, and grooving to the beat with tambourines and maracas. Our students are engaged in MAKING MUSIC together while learning about themselves and others. Children thrive musically and socially, while immersed in a fun musical environment.
Our curriculum includes study materials and music arrangements for classroom and performance, as well as advertising brochures and newsletters to parents.
An opportunity to have a comprehensive program that integrates learning music basics with key concepts in all areas of early childhood academic curriculum (math, reading, language arts), as well as social and physical development. Our programs are catered to the needs of each school’s area of study. Our approach is based on educating children while surrounding them with the joy and wonder of music.
Show what you know! Our students are given an opportunity to demonstrate what they learn in seasonal performances. Each one of these recitals becomes a memorable event! We strongly believe that performance-based curriculum fosters confidence and self-esteem, qualities that are critical in child’s overall development.
Our 30-MINUTES FUN-FILLED classes are age-appropriate and designed to fit all ages - from babies to kindergarteners. Each class (Wiggles and Giggles, Active Music Making, Music Adventures) emphasizes the needs of the specific age group. Our curriculum progressively introduces basic music elements (rhythm, pitch, musical alphabet) and music of different cultures, exploring rhythm instruments and works of great classical composers - all in positive interactive atmosphere!
Our network of partners and schools include Montessori schools, Bright Horizons centers, daycare centers and other school settings throughout Chicago area.
